a beautiful gift from st. ives

today I got a big letter from st. ives / cornwall. what a great surprise!!! carolyn saxby send me her beautiful give-away which I won some days before. so many  wonderful things:  hand-dyed fabrics, beautiful  handmade beads from plastic and other materials, buttons and yarn, a wonderful card, so sweet little birds and a picture from st. ives (I spent my holidays there in 1996 and I love it!).
