yesterday there was a beautiful letter in my mail box. sweet ariane sent it to me with snail mail
she gave some old picture for the art boxes to me - great!

Sehr schöne Briefeleien hast du da kombiniert! Auch das Kistchen gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Charm der Handgeschriebenes, alter Marken und Stempeln altes Papier alte Sprache ... hach! Bedauerlich, dass dem Computer alles weichen muss ... selbst Briefmarken sehen heute oft öde aus. Danke, dass ich mitmachen durfte, ein Blick auf alte Arbeiten ... wirft manchmal Gefühle und Fragen auf. Auch ich arbeite zu viel am Computer ... finde ich ... Originale, Handschriften, Collagen, Schichten ... irgendwie geht so viel verloren.

what beautiful works you have shown us here I really love how you have collaged the letters and other motifs of snail mail.
I love them all equally.
I remember writng letters and taking care with the writing and decoration which seems to be missing from emails but I find blogging similar in practice taking care and with writing and decoration.
It was a wonderful theme to play with. How lovely is the letter and pictures Ariane sent she is sweet!

ich finde du hast eine besondere gabe mit diesen "alten zeitzeugen" umzugehen. sehr sensibel und respektvoll. voller poesie. deine werke berühren mich! sie sind alle gleichermaßen wundervoll!
